Building your dream home
We don’t build our homes; we build your home. Once we have a thorough understanding of your vision and household needs, our expert architects and elite designer will work together to create a step-by-step design plan tailored to you, drawing your set of floor plans from scratch.
When you are satisfied with your custom plan, we aim to secure the best pricing from our extensive network of suppliers, artisans and skilled professionals. There are no cutting corners with MasterCraft. We provide only the highest level of quality craftsmanship to bring your vision to life.
Steps to a successful home build

After working through your vision and custom design, your project manager will share detailed information to prepare the contract and secure financing for your home.

Once funding and permits are in place, we will provide an estimated completion date, order materials and schedule contractors.

We are ready to break ground on your project by preparing the construction site and pouring the foundation. We can build on your lot or, if you do not own land, you can choose from our large selection of acreage in northeast Ohio — from the west side of downtown Cleveland to North Ridgeville and Avon. We build each home specifically for the lot.
