Mastercraft is a custom home builder serving homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio.

The content on this Site, including home designs, floor plans, photographs, descriptions, timelines, and pricing references, is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this Site is an offer, a quote, a bid, or a binding commitment to build.

A contract to design or build a home is formed only when you and Mastercraft sign a separate written agreement. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Estimates, Images, and Specifications

Photographs, renderings, and floor plans are illustrations of past or example work. Actual homes may differ in dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, and features based on site conditions, municipal requirements, supplier availability, and your selections. Prices, plans, materials, and availability are subject to change without notice. Any price or timeline you receive in an estimate is valid only for the period stated in that estimate.

4. Contact Forms and Communications

When you submit a contact or consultation request through the Site, you authorize us to contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into a contract. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, home designs, floor plans, and layout, are owned by Mastercraft or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Home plans and designs created by Mastercraft remain our property unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as suppliers, social media, or review platforms. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

7. Reviews, Testimonials, and User Submissions

If you send us a review, photo, or other content, you grant Mastercraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it for business and marketing purposes. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful or misleading.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This section applies to the Site only. Warranties on construction work, if any, are set out in your signed construction agreement and in any warranty required by Ohio law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Mastercraft and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
